Enneagram is a system of personality typing that defines personalities into nine types. Each personality type, represented by a number 1 thru 9, describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions.
In this class, participants will explore this ancient tool for learning more about themselves by walking through the process of determining their number and exploring the facets of each of the 9 types. The class will be a journey of understanding why we do the things we do (and don’t do), how we can become more aware of the workings of our personalities, and how we can deepen the quality of relationships around us.
Class is offered virtually via Zoom. Each session will include a 60 minute video teaching from enneagram master, Suzanne Stabile to be watched prior to the scheduled meeting time. Class time will be a group format discussing and working through the class workbook.
