The journey to emotionally health begins by quitting. Some of the things that this class will encourage you to quit are: being afraid of what others think, lying, denying anger and sadness, and living someone else’s life. When you begin to quit the things that are damaging to your soul, you are freed to choose other ways of being and relating to others that are rooted in love and lead to life.
