Lenchen Raeside - Executive Director - Lenchen is responbile for developing, maintaining and running all House of Hope classes and seminars along with overseeing staff,  the residential component of the organization, and ministry finances.  Lenchen is also available as a speaker for conferences and retreats.

Celeste Jaquis - Development Director - Celeste joined House of Hope in February of 2008 as our Development Director.  She oversee our marketing and public relations along with coordinating fundraisers and special events. 

Deane Watters - Christ Life and Mentor Coordinator - Deane develops and coordinates our core class "Ultimate Healing Journey" and assigns mentoring at the House of Hope for women taking classes.  This includes mentor training and the oversight of mentors for each of our four yearly sessions.  Deane facilitates and teaches as well.

Gaye Landis and Deb Polk - Mentors - They are available for one-on-one mentoring at the House of Hope.  These one hour sessions are free of charge to any woman who feels they need to meet with someone on an individual basis to pray and talk with.

Connie German - Volunteer Staff Bookkeeper - Connie serves as our bookkeeper.  She comes weekly to pay bills, keep the books, and do payroll.  Obviously, Connie's donation through her gifts and time are a tremendous blessing to this ministry.
