House of Hope participants are motivated women who know they are not living to their full potential. They come from a variety of different circumstances and backgrounds. Each of them has the desire to grow and change the way they are living and/or heal from the past.
How do I sign up for a class?
Women can sign up for one of our classes by filling out the enrollment form from our website or by contacting Stephanie Roth at 319.366.4673 or stephanie@houseofhopecr.org. We would love to talk with you about our classes and help you decide which classes are right for you. You do not have to live at House of Hope to take classes. To live at House of Hope, women are required to complete an application and an interview. Housing information is located under the HOUSING link.
How much does it cost?
Program fees are listed under each of the different program components. Our desire at House of Hope is to keep our programs as affordable as possible. We are able to do so thanks to our generous donors, whose ongoing support allows us to only charge participants a fraction of what it costs to run our classes.
How does House of Hope get funding?
We are funded entirely through individuals, churches and organizations who support our mission to empower, encourage, and equip women to live well.
Who oversees House of Hope?
House of Hope is run by a Board of Directors. Our board takes seriously their commitment to oversee all expenditures and to keep House of Hope a ministry operating with the highest integrity.
Is House of Hope supported by a church?
We currently receive regular donations from 17 local churches. We are an inter-denominational ministry and are not affiliated with any one church denomination. Our Board of Directors and staff attend different local churches and we encourage the participants of all our programs to be active in their own church.
